Working together

I provide virtual communications support for associations, not-for-profits, governments, and other organizations. Service offerings are customized to your needs and your budget.

Let’s start things off with a conversation. This is where I get to know you and your organization a bit better, and you get the chance to learn more about me—because this relationship is all about fit. So let’s get to know each other. Even if our initial contact is by email, I like to follow up with a phone or Skype call.

Where do you want to go? The next step is a more in-depth discussion about your objectives and how I can help you get there. We’ll talk about your overall big-picture goals, as well as details like resources, timing and budget.

  • You may have ongoing support needs, for which I might suggest a package that will fit your goals and your budget.
  • If you need help on more of a project or time-delimited basis, I will develop a proposal for you to consider before we get started.

Getting to work. Once you have signed off on the proposal, we can get started. We will schedule regular check-ins by phone, Skype or email—whatever works best for you—so you will always know where we’re at along the way. We’ll plan out deliverables and keep the lines of communication open.

Staying flexible and responsive. I know that the best-laid plans can evolve as we go, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if we need to tweak things. Think of me as your can-do assistant down the hall; I’m just a phone call or an email away.

Contact me today to get started.
